It's not the tiniest stroller, but it comes with enough features to make it worth considering. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with minimal effort unlike other light strollers that diverge when trying to accomplish the similar thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a problem, however; it's nearly at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's not comfortable to push your legs dangling in the air, and it doesn't help that it's not padded.
During our testing during our testing, we discovered the Cloud to be simple to set up and open. Close it can be a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider before you press a large white button. This can be a hassle especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that could accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is narrow, and you may need to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray, each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's perfect for trips. It's super light at just 18lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also comes with independently reclined seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have peekaboo windows and extra-large under-seat storage bags. The visors are adjustable to fit kids of various heights. It also features a one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-sized certified.
Jeep's swivel wheel system is also great for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats so your kids should be at least six months old and have good neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller comes with a three-panel sun canopy and each seat comes with a cupholder and snack tray.
Another extremely light side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's narrower and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) and comes with a lot of luxe features that make it ideal for travel. It has a super simple fold, is extremely maneuverable and can fit in airplane overhead compartments and trunks easily.
Like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold, ultralight double stroller. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has some distinct distinctions. It's also a little more expensive, but it also has greater maneuverability and a larger sun canopy. It comes with a handy strap for carrying and can be used by children who weigh up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

Taller children may have a leg hanging when in the reclined position. It also comes with a large canopy that we found to be superior at blocking out the sun than other strollers in our top double strollers review.
The stroller is lightweight enough to be able to move through door frames. This was a major issue with other models we tested. It folds easily and the handlebars are located close to the ground. The only downside is its limited storage space. When it's full of toys for kids it feels tight.
